About God

There is one God, who is infinitely perfect, existing eternally in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is true God and true man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin, Mary. He died upon the cross, the Just for the unjust, as a substitutionary sacrifice and all who believe in Him are justified on the ground of His shed blood. He arose from the dead according to the Scriptures. He is now at the right hand of the Majesty on high as our great High Priest.

About The Scriptures

The Old and New Testaments, inerrant as originally given, were verbally inspired by God and are a complete revelation of His will for the salvation and growth of mankind. They constitute the divine and only rule of Christian faith and practice.

About Jesus

We believe In the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory to rule a thousand years – Zech. 18:5; Matt 24:27-30; Rev 19:11-14, 20:1-6; Matt 1:23; Luke 1:31, 35;Hebrews 7:26; 1 Peter 2:22; Acts 2:22; 10:38; Phil 2:9-11.

About Salvation

Salvation has been provided through Jesus Christ for all those whom God calls into a personal relationship with Himself. We are saved through faith in the completed work of Christ on the cross as being sufficient for the removal of our sins. Thus, it is a gift, which is given to those who call upon the name of the Lord in confession and repentance (Romans 10:9-10).

About The Church

The church consists of all those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and who are redeemed through His blood. This results in their being born again through the working of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the head of his body, the Church. This Church has been commissioned by Him to go into all the world as a witness, preaching the gospel to all nations. The Church was created to be Christ’s new body on earth after He ascended back to the Father.

The local church is a body of believers in Christ who have been joined together by the Holy Spirit for the worship of God, for growth primarily through the use of the Bible, for prayer, for fellowship, for undertaking the Great Commission, and for observing the two ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper.

About Last Things

The Bible teaches that there will be a bodily resurrection for all people everywhere. For those who followed Christ, it will be a resurrection unto life to be lived in the eternal presence of God. For those who chose not to follow Him, it will be a resurrection unto judgment resulting in being separated from God throughout eternity, in a place prepared for Satan and his followers – Hell.

The second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ could happen at any moment and it will be personal and visible. This is the hope of those who follow Him and provides us with an incentive to holy living and faithful, joyous service.
